Edamame hummus


I love hummus.

Especially edamame hummus.

If you are a hummus lover, you must try this recipe.

So easy. So healthy. Soooo tasty!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups shelled edamame
2 Tbls. tahini paste
1/4 cup water (may need more)
1 tsp. lemon zest
Juice from one lemon
1 clove garlic
2 Tbls. olive oil
Sal/pepper

Place all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until the hummus come together into a smooth consistency. If it seems too thick, add a little bit more water.

Serve immediately.
